I have 20 years of experience counselling individuals and couples for issues including stress, conflict, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, and abuse. Formerly in private practice in Toronto, ON., I now practice counselling psychology in the South Okanagan, with offices in Summerland and Naramata, B.C.  My approach is client-centred, compassionate, intuitive, and informed by Buddhist practice. I am an insured member of the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association.
